Make in India with China

The Bharatiya Janata party led Central Government’s initiative of ‘Make in India’ is catching momentum as political advisers see economic potential to this thought.

In an attempt to improve a failing economy, the UP Chief Minister has invited external manufacturing companies to invest in their state . UP government has moved ahead to allocate manufacturing zones focusing on China as a partner. The UP Government has invited companies from China to not only set up industry but will also provide enough infrastructure for the creation of ancillary infrastructure such as schools, hospitals and individual townships. Bringing the focus to pharmaceuticals, both China and India have a good manufacturing strength and a great domestic market for the product. While Chinese factories are struggling to get GMP certificate from their SFDA, Indian government supports manufacturers with quick clearances.

Anantco recommends to our pharma friends in China to consider this very favorable opportunity.
